- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer complaints and questions.
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
