Description
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, scheduling, problem-solving, account management, and Salesforce.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, manage accounts, resolve issues, and provide back office support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote work; may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, effective communicator, adaptable, and customer-oriented.
