- Support trading and operational teams with administrative tasks
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, Telegram, Discord, or other platforms
- Maintain records of daily trades and transactions accurately
- Assist with internal documentation such as meeting notes, reports, and standard procedures
- Track basic crypto market trends and coin prices on Binance (Training will be provided)
- Coordinate with different teams for smooth office operations
- Use office tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office effectively
- Handle data entry and basic reporting tasks
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts (Training will be provided)
- Computer literacy – proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Intermediate English proficiency (for email, chat, basic reporting)
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
- Team player with a proactive mindset
