Work Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Provide night shift technical support via chat and phone to U.S. and European customers
• Respond to inquiries, document issues accurately, and deliver timely, effective solutions
• Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure full resolution of concerns
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service or technical support
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in handling calls, chats, and emails
• Strong problem-solving skills and active listening
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
