- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account details.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements
- Graduate with at least 6 months of CCE/TSR
- Undergraduate with at least CSR/TSR experience
- Knowledgeable in Windows OS and MS Office applications
- B2 CEFR proficiency, 32 WPM typing speed
