- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer service practices, adept with Salesforce, and strong English communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with shifts, possible remote work.
