We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Sales to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our company and potential or existing customers, providing product/service information, resolving concerns, and actively promoting sales. You’ll be expected to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer preferences
• Process orders, applications, returns, and billing inquiries accurately
• Maintain updated knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent, high-quality service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Log interactions and sales data in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotions and campaigns

• At least 2nd year college level completed
• Minimum 6 months BPO (call center) experience
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer navigation and data entry skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed
