Description
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and candidates in the recruitment process.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Assist in resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and basic computer knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours, possible weekend shifts.
