- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Manage and prioritize scheduling requests to optimize team efficiency
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain records for review
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in BPO
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
