Customer Service Representatives (Patient Care Coordinators) are service-focused professionals who ensure consistent follow-up with patients. They communicate clinical results promptly, assist with coordinating referrals, pre-approvals, and follow-up appointments.
Handle incoming phone calls, respond to online inquiries, confirm appointments, and make outbound calls for patient retention
Prepare and send patient letters/reports
Attach clinical documents to patient charts
Submit cases to the Department of Health (DOH) via fax or online portal Email medical reports requested by patients
Efficiently multitask and navigate multiple systems, including electronic medical records, to provide medical information and follow-up support after clinical visits
Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines

High school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate degree holder, or college-level education
with or without experience BPO experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening abilities
Passion for delivering quality customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
Ability to handle phone calls effectively
Willingness to work a flexible, shifting schedule
Willing to work on-site in Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
