As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their account payments. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Having respectful and clear conversations with customers regarding their outstanding accounts.
  • Understanding customer situations and finding mutually agreeable solutions for payments.
  • Accurately documenting all interactions and agreements in our systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service while adhering to collection guidelines.
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure the best possible outcomes for both customers and the company.

Requirements
