Description

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and processing returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to management as necessary.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy towards customers; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Flexibility to work various shifts and handle multiple tasks.
