Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information and issue resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
