Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (with or without work experience)
- Completed at least 2 years in college [ with 72 units ] with 6 months of customer service experience
- Above-average English communication skills
- Strong comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work at night and on-site, including weekends and holidays
