Description
- Manage flight, hotel, and car rental bookings via GDS platforms
- Modify or cancel reservations as requested
- Provide fare quotes and reissue tickets
- Ensure accuracy in passenger information and booking details
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email
Requirements
- At least 1 year of GDS experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
