We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit Dispute Specialist to handle the submission of credit disputes directly through credit bureau portals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with credit reporting agencies, understanding credit laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and ensuring the accuracy of consumer credit reports.


Position: Credit Dispute Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3x Onsite 2x WFH)

Location: Makati, Philippines (In-office/Hybrid)

Work Hours: US hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit credit disputes directly to credit bureau portals (Experian and TransUnion) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and analyze consumer credit reports to identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and ensure proper dispute submission.
  • Track dispute progress, update internal records, and follow up with credit bureaus as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state credit reporting laws, particularly FCRA guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated disputes and provide accurate reporting updates


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in credit repair, credit disputes, or financial services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of credit reporting processes and FCRA regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple disputes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using credit bureau dispute portals and related software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
