We’re looking for a talented Creative Designer to support our growing financial services group with web design and document design. This role is ideal for someone who is highly visual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across digital and print-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain modern, high-quality website layouts using Figma and Webflow
• Create and update documents and marketing materials including PDFs, guides, presentations, and client-facing documents using Adobe InDesign
• Translate briefs, wireframes, and brand guidelines into polished design outputs
• Ensure consistency across web and document assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Prepare files for web publishing and print where required

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years’ professional experience in a creative or digital design role
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Figma, Webflow, and Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing conversion-focused websites
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, finance, or professional services
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Familiarity with branding systems and design libraries
• Experience preparing long-form documents and reports
