Geraci LLP is seeking a Personal Brand Media Designer to create and execute media strategies that elevate the personal brands of our executive team. Ideal candidates have executive branding experience and a creative background in hospitality or large-scale consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Brand Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with executives to define and refine their personal brand narratives and visual identities.
• Develop comprehensive media strategies tailored to individual executive profiles, ensuring alignment with their professional goals and the firm's values.
• Conduct research on current media trends, executive branding best practices, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Content Creation and Management:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content, including professional photography, video, infographics, and presentations.
• Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of all media assets.
• Oversee the editing and post-production of all media to maintain consistent brand aesthetics and quality.

Media Channel Optimization:

• Identify and leverage appropriate media channels (e.g., social media platforms, professional networking sites, industry publications) for executive brand promotion.
• Optimize content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve effectiveness.

Brand Consistency and Compliance:

• Ensure all personal brand media adheres to legal and ethical guidelines, particularly within the financial and legal sectors.
• Maintain consistency across all executive personal brand assets, while differentiating from the corporate brand where appropriate.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the executive team, marketing department, and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of personal brand media.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

• Maintain organized records of personal brand assets, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Support the marketing and executive communications teams with miscellaneous design or media-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties or special projects assigned by leadership that support personal branding or executive visibility efforts.

Working Hours:

• Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

• Proven experience in media design, brand representation, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing personal branding work.
• Demonstrable experience working with executive profiles and understanding the nuances of high-level personal branding.
• Significant experience in either the hospitality industry (hotels, nightclubs, restaurants) or with large-scale consumer brand marketing and media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and media production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of digital media trends, social media platforms, and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging and impactful media.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
