  • Perform detailed cost analysis and allocate costs to products and services.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting; strong analytical skills; knowledge of accounting software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage cost information, prepare budget forecasts, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during month-end closings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
