Description

We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who believe in the power of knowledge and yearn to create an impact through new business development.

  • The job requires working on local time zone 1:00pm-10:00pm for our African market. As a member in our Trainings and Conferences sales team, this role involves end-to-end client management including: online and phone research, telesales, record keeping, resolving client issues and building customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • B2B telesales, contacting existing and potential attendees about conferences, events, training and other products and services.
  • Qualify potential leads through effective research like phone calls, emails and other methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain regular engagement with clients ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs, requirements, inquiries and future plans.
  • Collects client payment and ensure all clients’ accounts are up to date in their payment
  • Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned region

Requirements

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related courses.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle work under pressure
  • Fast-learner and great passion for Sales
  • Ability to communicate technical information to all audiences
  • Highly effective English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Applicants must be willing to work in office in BGC, Taguig
