Responsibilities:

Research and formulate trading strategies (managerial role requirement);

Analyze data, refine and implement strategies;

Collaborate with the product and research teams to develop strategies;

Closely monitor market conditions during shifts, oversee strategy execution, and make sound decisions in response to unexpected events;

Demonstrated team management experience;

Requirements:

Strong data analysis capabilities;

High numerical acuity;

Calm and composed under pressure;

Background in risk control within companies specializing in digital currencies, commodity futures, or equity trading;

On-site work at the Dubai office base;

Managerial-level salary: negotiable; 9-hour workdays with two-day weekends;
