You will be responsible for:

• Planning short video content direction, topics, and scripts, while maintaining the overall tone of the accounts
• Deeply participating in the incubation process of hosts/influencers, developing personas, storylines, and content pacing
• Managing and growing multi-platform accounts (such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) on a daily basis
• Collaborating on editing to ensure high-quality and high-frequency content
• Collaborating with marketing, business, and brand partners to achieve content monetization and a complete commercial loop
• Gaining insights into platform trends and user psychology to quickly iterate content and optimize styles

We hope you:

• Have complete experience in influencer or IP incubation, capable of independently building content accounts or influencers from scratch
• Are familiar with mainstream social media algorithms and content rhythms, understanding "what content goes viral"
• Possess a hybrid skill set including social media operations, content planning, script writing, and editing collaboration
