• Assist in building monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

Brand Alignment:

• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, identity, and guidelines.
• Maintain visual and messaging consistency across platforms.

Trend Monitoring & Strategy:

• Stay updated on trending audio, memes, formats, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to participate in relevant trends to increase reach.

Engagement & Community:

• Collaborate with the community manager to engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive content like polls or Q&A.
• Monitor post-performance and community sentiment.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with the design, video, and marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track content performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Make data-informed recommendations to optimize future content.

• Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content (posts, reels, videos, etc.)
• Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, etc.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and platform-specific content strategies
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage
