- Assist in order processing, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a professional manner.
- Support the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with other teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to support sales operations.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or BS ComSci graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting sales operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
