We are seeking for a Compliance Legal professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our operations adhere to legal requirements and industry regulations. You will work closely with various departments to identify compliance issues, implement effective solutions, and advocate for ethical conduct across our organization.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitoring of cases.
• Review and drafting of contracts.
• Assist in ensuring legal compliance by staying informed about current regulations and laws.
• Communicate with external parties professionally and efficiently.
• SEC filling
• Manage the compilation of Board Resolution per company.
• Create SEC Cert and affidavit of companies (legal letter).
• Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases.
• Other related legal matters include corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, risk management, contract enforcement, dispute resolution, and industry-specific compliance requirements.

• Graduate of Political science, legal management or any related course.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Amenable to working schedule of Monday to Saturday
• Amenable to working hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM
