• Must have a proven track record of successfully obtaining and operationalizing licenses in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Seychelles, India, United Kingdom, Bermuda, or under MiCA (experience across multiple regions preferred) • Must have hands-on experience in regulatory engagement and negotiations • Must have completed end-to-end license application and execution projects from inception to operation Responsibilities • Manage license applications, establishment, and ongoing maintenance in key global markets • Lead or participate in license deployment projects from initial planning through execution • Interface with regulatory authorities, including submission of documentation and response to inquiries • Monitor regulatory developments and provide compliance advice and risk alerts to the business • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Product, and other teams to drive compliance implementation Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above • 1–3 years of compliance or licensing experience in a crypto exchange or fintech environment • Proven experience in major license implementation and full-cycle (0→1) project delivery • Strong regulatory communication skills, familiar with processes and pain points • English proficiency sufficient for working and documentation purposes • Understanding of the crypto industry ecosystem and regulatory trends • Excellent communication, project management skills, and self-motivation
