• Effective implementation of the AML Manual, policies, procedures and controls and ensure their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
• Risk assessment process ensuring that all compliance risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported and monitored.
• Development of training material and in the provision of training and updates on compliance matters
• Audit company practices, procedures, and documents to identify potential weaknesses or areas of non-compliance.
• Educating employees about compliance requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies through training programs. 
• Documentation for KYC section of the permanent files for our audit clients
• Keep abreast and review of new and amended regulations and advise on necessary actions to be taken.
• Suggest improvements and provide advice and assistance to employees on compliance matters.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, report findings, and create plans for corrective actions for compliance incidents. 
• Travel/visit office outside Philippines
