  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to lead and support our regulatory and safety compliance initiatives.
  • This role is critical in ensuring our operations align with PEZA regulations, environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and ISO certifications.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in compliance management, a strong understanding of government and international standards, and a passion for maintaining operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • PEZA Compliance Management
  • Facilitate and monitor PEZA permit applications (e.g., LOA, 8105, 8106)
  • Coordinate asset movements and disposals in accordance with PEZA guidelines
  • Review and validate compliance-related documents (e.g., Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts)
  • Process and submit PEZA permits and documentation at the PEZA office
  • Track and interpret updates in PEZA policies and ensure timely implementation
  • Provide support during PEZA audits and inspections
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance (EHS, ISO)
  • Assist the Admin Team in implementing and maintaining EHS protocols
  • Support ISO certification processes and documentation
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance training across multiple sites


Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our Eastwood site
  • Proven experience in managing or supervising compliance-related projects or teams
  • Strong knowledge of local and international compliance standards (e.g., PEZA, ISO, LGU Permits)
  • Willing to travel occasionally to other sites for audits, inspections, or training sessions
  • Must be BOSH Certified and have prior experience as a PEZA Compliance and Safety Officer
