Business Compliance Specialist:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Licensing & Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring that the company operates legally and efficiently in accordance with Philippine laws and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the application, renewal, and maintenance of business permits, licenses, and accreditations.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., SEC, DTI, LGU, BIR, DOLE).
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect business operations.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to government agencies.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and government offices for inspections, audits, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and compliance documentation.
• Provide guidance to management and staff on compliance-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in business licensing, corporate compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine business laws, government regulations, and licensing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities when dealing with government agencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance management systems.
