Description
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues.
- Monitor and report on compliance status to management.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards, develop compliance programs, and conduct audits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in compliance roles within regulated industries.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, excellent written communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, standard business hours, may require overtime during audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, integrity, and strong ethical standards.
