  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues.
  • Monitor and report on compliance status to management.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards, develop compliance programs, and conduct audits.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in compliance roles within regulated industries.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, excellent written communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, standard business hours, may require overtime during audits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, integrity, and strong ethical standards.
