Compliance and Risk Management for Crypto Exchanges

Job Description:

1. Ensure that global operations comply with regulatory requirements and promote the establishment of a compliance framework.

2. Monitor regulatory developments related to cryptocurrency in various countries (such as Hong Kong's VASP regime, the EU's MiCA, and the US FinCEN guidelines);

3. Develop an AML/CTF monitoring system and utilize compliance tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs) to track high-risk transactions;

4. Lead responses to regulatory audits and formulate contingency plans for investigations by financial intelligence units (FIUs) in different countries;

5. Coordinate with the legal team to handle cross-border compliance disputes and manage user sanction list screenings (OFAC, UN lists).
