- Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, strong compensation analysis, attention to detail, effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage compensation structures, develop benefits programs, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours, possible remote work flexibility.
