• Administering first aid and emergency care to sick or injured employees, coordinating medical transfers to hospitals, and dispensing medication when necessary. 
• Conducting regular health checks, assessing employees' health status, and monitoring the health of the workforce to identify potential risks. 
• Developing and implementing health and wellness programs, educating employees on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and workplace safety. 
• Overseeing and implementing health and safety protocols, conducting workplace inspections, and identifying and mitigating occupational health hazards. 
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records, managing reports on employee illnesses and injuries, and processing medical-related paperwork. 
• Ensuring the availability and proper inventory of medicines and medical supplies. 
• Liaising with company management, coordinating annual physical examinations, drug testing, and external hospitals or clinics when needed. 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with a valid PRC Nursing License.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in occupational health or other health-related roles within a reputable organization.
• Strong background and hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and protocols.
• Demonstrates excellent skills in health assessments, wellness programs, emergency response, and medical documentation.
