1. Global KOL Acquisition: Identify and expand high-quality KOL resources across Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, and Korea on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.
2. End-to-End KOL Management: Oversee mid-to-large KOLs (50K–5M+ followers) throughout the full lifecycle, including screening, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management.
3. KOL Tiering Strategy: Develop and implement S/A/B/C tiered KOL management strategies and allocate resources efficiently.
4. Marketing Execution: Lead KOL involvement in brand awareness, campaign promotion, product seeding, and conversion-driven initiatives.
5. Performance Review & Optimization: Analyze exposure, engagement, and conversion metrics; continuously refine collaboration models to maximize ROI.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with brand, content, product, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of KOL partnerships.
7. Industry & Market Insights: Monitor KOL industry trends, platform policies, and competitors’ KOL campaigns; produce regular insight reports.
8. Ad-hoc BD Tasks: Execute additional brand partnership and external BD assignments as directed by leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 2+ years of experience in KOL or social media marketing
• Proven track record managing mid-to-large KOL partnerships across major global platforms
• Strong resource acquisition skills; experience in U Card market expansion is a plus
• Data-driven mindset; proficient in Notion/Airtable for KOL database management and funnel tracking
• Excellent communication and project management skills; capable of handling 20+ KOL projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai) is an advantage
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment; willing to travel for exhibitions and KOL meetups
