Job Description:

1. Responsible for the daily marketing promotion of existing overseas community platforms (TG, Discord, Reddit, etc.) in Chinese and English regions;

2. Fully understand user needs and behaviors, analyze statistical data, establish effective operational methods and channels, and develop a comprehensive community SOP process;

3. Plan and implement community engagement activities such as referrals, assisting in achieving the required conversion targets;

4. Possess a keen sense of Web3 trends, identify trending events and utilize event marketing for quick and effective execution;
