Description
- Manage accounts receivable and collections efforts.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare reports on collection status and trends.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and empathetic approach to clients.
