Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone or email to resolve past-due accounts and secure payments
• Identify reasons for delinquency and negotiate payment plans and/or full settlements
• Update customer accounts accurately using the subsidiary ledger.
• Follow established guidelines to recommend appropriate collection remedies
• Explain delinquency consequences and develop repayment schedules
• Respond to customer payment inquiries and resolve issues independently
• Organize workflow and schedule timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate account records for resolution tracking
• Meet key performance metrics while complying with policies
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Collection Manager

Job Requirements:   

• Graduate of any business-related course with at least 6 months of
• collection experience.  
• With good oral and written communication
• Computer literate
