- Ensure all accounts assigned for callouts are touched and should also follow the 6 call attempts to every account in case no success in contact yet
- Represent JFP in negotiations through face to face or phone interaction
- Provide pertinent payment information such as payment options which involve account numbers of JFP bank accounts, payment history, penalty computation and offer payment programs.
- Received proof of payment and forwards for validation
- Monitoring of PTP (long, Kept and Broken), and nearly flowing accounts assigned on a per cycle (due date) basis
- Performs other related functions as directed by the Immediate Superior.
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1-yr working experience in collections
- With relevant experience as in Banks/Financing/Collection Industry is an advantage
- Willing to work On-site
