  • Handles and monitors in-house collection follow-up bucket of 1-30 days past due.
  • Negotiates settlement or promise to pay date from past due accounts; advises and counsels clients then recommends actions.
  • Handles in-house collection inquiries of walk-in clients; discusses and explains comprehensively to clients all necessary information.
  • Documents follow-up notes and updates clients’ profile
  • Prepares input sheets for adjustments and posting of payment and pay-offs.
  • Prepares entries of redeposits of returned checks.
  • Analyzes client profile, computes payment dues and prepares order of payment to cashier.
  • Obtains complete and updated information of clients’ credit record; reconciles ledger and payment dues.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
