- Prepare traditional Arabic dishes with authenticity and skill.
- Prepare and present a variety of Arabic dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and manage inventory.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing.
- Stay updated on culinary trends in Arabic cuisine.
- Maintain inventory and manage food cost effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service through food presentation.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of culinary experience in Arabic cuisine.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in traditional Arabic cooking techniques and spices.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about Arabic cuisine, able to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills.
