  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform quality checks using measurement tools.
  • Maintain machinery and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in machine setup, tool selection, and programming; familiarity with CAD, Solidworks, Hyperworks, Nastran, Adams, and Hypermesh.
  • Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment with potential noise, operating precision equipment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
