Position: Junior Cloud Engineer

Industry: IT Company

Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Php 20,000–30,000 gross

Work Arrangement: On-site

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 1 year of experience in cloud networking or network engineering
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, NAT, load balancing, and VPN/site-to-site connectivity
• Familiar with network security principles and network monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and documentation skills with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud network architectures, including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, and gateways
• Configure and manage hybrid connectivity such as VPN, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute
• Implement network security controls, monitor performance, and troubleshoot cloud and on-prem network issues
• Support multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments while ensuring security, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and high-availability designs
