  • Assist the Medical Director in overseeing clinical operations and patient care quality.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and standards of care.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Support medical staff management, including recruitment and training.
  • Address patient care issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between medical staff and administrative leadership.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings and professional associations.
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in relevant specialty.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze clinical data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions.
