Role & Responsibilities:

· Meeting with Doctors to generating prescriptions and / Labs/ Hospitals/ Clinics/Dialysis centres for tie-ups within the specified territory.

· Achieving Monthly Sales Targets, Monitoring and Retaining revenue from existing clients,

· Relationship building with clients and address their needs effectively.

· Research and identify new Market opportunities and must have a personal vehicle.

· Leading the Business Development Vertical by executing the strategy for the vertical by managing sales and clients, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.

· Need to take follow- up &collect the payments from the clients.

· Participate in every activity of the organisation which has been assigned on given time (B2C Offline reach,Camp Activity, Outreach Activity etc.).

· Generating new leads/Pipeline by detailing our products USPs.

· To analyse the sales revenue achievement and targets regular reviews with senior management.

· Having Market Awareness and Market intelligence.

· Provide support in brand building activities like BTL/ Doctor Camps/CME’s /RTMs Activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years for BDE and 3-10 years for BDM

Must Have Skills: Diagnostics Sales, Doctor Coverage, Doctor Referrals, Health Care sales.
