Cleaning Specialist

Job Description
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of offices, buildings, or facilities.
- Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning products.
- Handle special cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or window washing as needed.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors for prompt action.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services (preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of safety protocols and handling of cleaning chemicals.
