- Prepare ingredients, assist in menu planning, maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards.
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health regulations.
- Collaborate on menu planning and seasonal specials.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide training and supervision to new staff members.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of culinary experience, internship preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Mise-En-Place, time management, and kitchen safety.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, teamwork required.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills.
