Job Description:

Provide excellent customer service via chat and messaging platforms for online sales accounts. Assist customers and sellers with inquiries related to orders, payments, account issues, and promotions. Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and seller inquiries professionally via chat or messaging
• Handle order tracking, refunds, returns, and cancellations
• Assist with account-related concerns like login issues or restrictions
• Support promotions, vouchers, and online campaigns
• Escalate complex issues to the right team
• Document all interactions and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 3 months BPO or customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple platforms
• Available to work onsite in Pasig City
• Ready to start immediately
