Description

  • Deal cards according to established rules and regulations of the game being played
  • Maintain game security and protect the integrity of the game
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Be knowledgeable of all games, rules, and regulations of the casino
  • Ensure that all monetary transactions are accurate and secure
  • Monitor guest interaction, and ensure that all guests are in accordance with casino rules and regulations
  • Adhere to all safety and security regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of different games and rules of the casino
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 20-27 years of age
