Job Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Follow company policies regarding transactions and returns.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in POS systems, excellent service skills, analytical abilities, and strong teamwork.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods and working flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
