Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases
• Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and digital payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
• Assist with stocking shelves and inventory when needed
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
